INVESTMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT
How we work with Insurance:
While we do not offer direct billing to your insurance company, we do accept HSA and FSA cards, as well as, provide a super bill that you can directly submit to your insurance provider to be reimbursed for out of network benefits. We encourage you to call your insurance company to ask about your out of network benefits, deductibles, and what percentage your insurance company will reimburse you. Please note that with insurance claims we must provide a mental health diagnosis. Many clients choose not to involve their insurance provider in their treatment. Some of the advantages of that include:
Your care is not dictated by the insurance company but instead based on your personal preferences and goals in collaboration with therapists’ expertise.
You won’t have a diagnosis label permanently attached to your health record.
Your health records are protected, meaning your personal information is not shared with the insurance provider.
Payment
Payment is expected at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA). Regardless of your insurance benefits, you are responsible for payment on your account.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care
provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can
dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprise or call 1-800-985-3059.
